7. Cancellations and Reschesuling Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you/your organisation are unable to attend your scheduled training session, we are happy to accommodate a one-time rescheduling, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to facilitate rescheduling. If instructor travel has already been undertaken, travel costs will be passed on to you.

8. No Refunds Policy:

Once payment is received for any of our courses, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please see our Rescheduling Policy above.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tribes First Aid or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
